Our missiles can be launched from all over the globe (air land and sea from virtually dozens of bases, hundreds of warships and submarines). They can't launch everything at once, so rest assured, they've got the same number of nukes coming back at them before they even launch their "second wave"

And all the top bankers would be in their underground cities.

It's simply not practical, it would benefit no one for a launch on the scale you are proposing. The people in charge at National levels are smart men (At least in Russia). Not a bunch of over estrogenic homosexuals like some unfortunate countries.

If / When Russia and China attack America, it will be a massive

Actually the scarey part is seeing a nuclear explosion and surviving. Its days of pure hell as you die from massive acute radiation poisoning.

You fall apart not much differently than an combination of Ebola, extreme aging, and cancer. hair and teeth fall out, you bleed out of everywhere and your insides turn to mush.

Its the 400+ nuclear power plants that go full bore Fukushima that will kill everybody. They contain probably 1000 times or even millions of times as much radioactive material than all the bombs combined.

Each reactor's core and spent fuel pools has at leasy 100 tons of nuclear material.

400 time 100 tons is 40,000 tons. Lets say 10,000 nuke weapons and 5 pounds each is 25 tons of which much is converted to energy.

So 10,000 tons in nuke plants vs 25 tons in bombs.

The nuke plants release of radioactivity will dwarf what teh bombs release.

It will be like 100 full nuclear exchanges and it will go on virtually forever.
