Yellowstone is still under feet of snow and hasn't even opened yet this season. While I don't think the video is a fake (bison do run - ever heard of a buffalo stampede), I don't think it was shot anytime in the past 6 months

I live near a bison range and buffalo ranch. This is common. They probably got spooked by another animal or even sprayed by a skunk.

If you see more than buffalo leaving yellow stone, THEN it's time to get concerned. A friend of mine who used to camp there all of the time said an old geologist told him that if you notice a few days of no birds, then get the hell out of there.

lol yep. A lot of city dwellers aren't used to seeing wild life in action and this may look abnormal to them. They like to get out on the road and block it all the time.

Re: ALERT! Yellowstone Buffalo Running for Their Lives!
This is absolutely ridiculous. Problems with the scared theories:

1. The "film crew" does nothing to inform anyone where they are going. BUT, I can easily recognize the town of Mammoth in the background, which means they are headed South-East and the driver is headed towards Mammoth and the North-West exit of the park. They're running TOWARDS THE CALDERA!!! sheesh.

2. Last time I counted buffalo in this area of Yellowstone I got to 400 before I got tired of it. This is not a "lot" of bison on the move. They're herd animals and much larger herds exist in Yellowstone.

3. They walk and run on the road all the time. It's not "hard on their hooves" compared to frozen ground, rocks, ice, rivers, mountains, and volcanic mud off the road. Everyone who keeps saying this is unusual is misleading with your own ignorance. Go to Yellowstone, try to drive somewhere, you'll run into bison on the road; easiest way to travel.

4. Is running at all an unusual behavior for bison? Sure, if all of American history is some mythological fabrication. Did bison used to migrate across the entire Great Plains by railroad, car, or were they carried by rivers and streams?

The concentration of ignorant bullshit here is disgusting to see. Greatly appreciate the few that aren't caught up in every hair-brained conspiracy that flies from the diseased mouths of liars. Remember what the traditional punishment for false prophecy was before speaking doom next time out of your own lack of sense.

Re: ALERT! Yellowstone Buffalo Running for Their Lives!
Getting more intriguing.

First it was a large herd of bison on the move.

Now it's elk. The video below was captured near Bozeman, MT which is about 80 miles north of Yellowstone.

I posted this on another thread. I live two hours away from Bozeman. My husband hunts the Gravelly for Elk. The Elk hang out much further south this time of year down the Madison river closer to the park (Yellowstone)

imagine the west side of Yellowstone slightly north almost to Idaho along the Madison river valley.

I have never heard of the Elk being this far north into Bozeman. Not saying it has never ever happened? I am just saying this is the first time I thought this could be a real movement of animals that seems unusual.

Now this is not by Wyoming that is East on the other side of the park.

This is the Gravelly area.

The seismic activity has been inside the park and seems to be close to Norris Basin. But I am not positive looking at those maps.

So the seismic activity would be south of the Gravelly area and East into the park.

These Elk are significantly North and a Tad East of where they normally hang out this time of year.

IT was the Elk in Bozeman that made me think something may be up. They are normally this time of year in the Gravelly area much further SOUTH.

This information is different. People from the area know where to find the animals this time of year.

And its not the populated Bozeman!

At least I personally have never EVER known that to be the case?
