This is pretty scary.

I have been watching Yellowstone forever.

I always said that the REAL indication of something big would be bizarre animal behavior.

If this trend continues, especially with birds and small mammals getting out of there, you know something is coming.

Unfortunately, with Yellowstone I really don't know what kind of prep or precaution or evacuation would be of any kind of real help.

With something like this, you almost WANT to be in the first die-off zone, because the aftermath will be so fucking hellacious.

I was watching this documentary about the Krakatoa explosion and they were talking about how the sound was so intense that people within a certain distance of the blast had their eardrums blown out.

Can you imagine the sound that would be released if Yellowstone blew catastrophically??

I mean, we have no real idea how these super-volcanoes erupt. They might go for years or decades with higher than normal emissions and other activity before they really blow - we just don't know.

Interesting times, for sure.

I mean, there's nothing that can be done to prevent it, we might as well enjoy the learning experience.

I, for one, would like to be the crazy dude from 2012 with the front-row seat for the fireworks, but that's just me.
