I have masturbated every day for 9 years and I am in poor health. My wife left me because of this stupidity
My body was not designed to fap. Thanks to masturbating I went from being a healthy and attractive 40 year old male (who was married and ran 50 miles every day) to a divorced, malnourished couch loser who lives on microwaved food and potato chips.

For the past 9 years I've been unloading my DNA every day by hand. I get sick more than anyone I know. I no longer have the energy to run 50 miles a day.

The only upside is that I don't fantasize about freaky shit. I always think about falling in love. With a really beautiful horse.
