United is buying firewood for $250 a cord for their woodstoves in their aircraft fleet. This is a pretty good deal, you have to deliver 10 cords at a time, but they cut a check on delivery. Next time you look up and see lines in the sky, think about all that firewood being supplied by rural America and the good it's doing!  |
