Phennommennonn Forum Administrator 03/21/2014 10:56 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | New Executive Order: “Obama Has Just Given Himself the Authority to Seize Your Assets” Quoting: Anonymous Coward 54058774 On Monday the U.S. government took steps to seize the US-based assets of Russian lawmakers and anyone else that the US government deemed complicit in supporting the Crimean secession movement. We’ve seen the U.S. government do this in countless cases surrounding drug and financial crimes, and sometimes even against foreign leaders like Saddam Hussein and Manuel Noriega. What makes this particular instance so unprecedented and terrifying is that President Obama went so far as to issue a new Executive Order to give himself the authorization to do so, because the laws of the United States are such that our government is not allowed to simply take someone’s bank assets, home or business without due process. Here’s the kicker. The new Executive Order doesn’t just apply to just Russians or foreigners. It gets blanket coverage, so even American citizens could now face asset forfeiture if their actions are deemed to be “contributing to the situation in the Ukraine.” Be careful what you say. Be careful what you write. President Obama has just given himself the authority to seize your assets. According to the president’s recent Executive Order, “Blocking Property of Certain Persons Contributing to the Situation in Ukraine” (first reported by WND’s Aaron Klein), the provisions for seizure of property extend to “any United States person.” That means “any United States citizen, permanent resident alien, entity organized under the laws of the United States or any jurisdiction within the United States (including foreign branches), or any person in the United States.” Read the rest here: [link to www.shtfplan.com] [link to www.youtube.com] political correctness is a doctrine.... fostered by a delusional, illogical minority...... and rabidly promoted by an unscrupulous mainstream media; which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a turd by the clean end. |

The Right Policy User ID: 25696145 United States 03/21/2014 11:00 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Obama more than likely approves of what Russia did and needs the crisis to grant himself more power. He is the greatest foe America has ever faced, and the biggest traitor as it will be revealed some day. The Right Policy is Always Conservative "The danger to America is not Barack Obama, but a citizenry capable of entrusting a man like him with the Presidency. It will be far easier to limit and undo the follies of an Obama presidency than to restore the necessary common sense and good judgment to a depraved electorate willing to have such a man for their president. The problem is much deeper and far more serious than Mr. Obama, who is a mere symptom of what ails America . Blaming the prince of fools should not blind anyone to the vast confederacy of fools that made him their prince. The Republic can survive a Barack Obama, who is, after all, merely a fool. It is less likely to survive a multitude of fools, such as those who made him their President." - Vaclav Klaus |

None, zero nada. The US is not and never has been the Nation, nor the republic. Executive orders are only binding on the presidents staff members, the orders do even apply to any and all member of the executive branch. Only people who are ignorant of the law have fear of "executive orders", too bad the vast majority are ignorant. |

"There was a man who could create what could not be imagined. A temple so great you questioned if it was built with human hands. A man who built an idea into the greatest force the world has ever known. A world built from a single word. I care not for the folly of man but for the end of human contention." |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 47382801 United States 03/21/2014 11:40 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | When you sign a Promissory Note, the bank uses your credit to 'purchase' (transfer ownership from seller to you) your house. When you sign a mortgage agreement, you allow the bank to turn your credit amount into "their" fiat currency. But your credit amount is only a number representing the payments you can make over the years. Your credit has no value. Likewise, neither does the fiat currency they turn your credit into. If the fiat currency they change your credit into, has no value, why would they change/turn your credit into their currency? Because the "Bank" cannot attach usage fees (or interest) to your credit, but the "Bank" can attach interest or usage fees to the Bank's currency. They cannot put a hidden lien on your credit, but they can put a hidden lien on their currency. How else do you think your house ends up with a lien on it? But when they collect the usage fees (or interest) from homeowners bank account, they collect fiat currency back with positive value. They "sell" the homeowner fiat currency that has no value, but in return, they collect fiat currency with value. How does the fiat currency receive its value? Homeowner's labor. They may create "money out of thin air", but what they fail to tell the homeowner is...they are using the homeowner's labor to create it! Now consider this.... If they have a hidden lien on their currency... the currency we use to make payments, or pretty much we use to pay for everything... does that hidden lien attach to everything we use 'their' currency for? |

We don't need no stinking Constitution! The US is not governed by the Constitution, but besides force it is the only way the people have to control those who know how the law of the land works. The executive branch does not and cannot pass laws and executive orders are not and never have been law. They are called executive orders because they are not laws. Just because you and the majority of people are ignorant of the law does not change the facts. They rely on your ignorance and word play to control you, why do you allow it? Because you are too lazy or weak minded to learn some definitions of words? Executive orders have no force of law unless and until give them the force of law by your ignorance and consent. |

You own nothing. I do not care if you "paid it off" because you used their fake debt money to pay for it, so it belongs to the Federal Reserve Bank anyway. The government is just protecting the Federal Reserve via the bankruptcy of 1933. Learn some history, not that it will matter much to the effects of fiat currency since then. |

I was making a sarcastic remark with a little hint of Pink Floyd's "Another Brick in the Wall." I am aware of what's going on, the horror of what's going on. And yes, the American people as a whole, aren't very aware, although some are waking up. Unfortunately it's probably too late. It is also unfortunate that you misunderstood what I meant.
