Why the lying from the CDC that the current EBOLA outbreak is/was NOT airborne??? Quoting: whiteangel In late 1989, cynomolgus monkeys from the Philippines delivered to Hazleton Research Products’ Primate Quarantine Unit in Reston, Va., began dying at an alarming rate, prompting HRP to euthanize all the monkeys in that shipment, but during the 10 days after the euthanization, other monkeys in separate rooms connected only by air ducts began dying as well, which was attributed to an Ebola strain that went airborne. [link to www.cdc.gov] Interesting this virus is capable of going airborne. That was one of the basic questions - if it actually could. Don't know if this current strain is truly airborne at this time - possible - but we know a similar one did make that jump. I believe the consensus is that it is airborne droplet transmissible, at the very least. After inhabiting several million hosts, who knows what Nature will do? Nature or a lab..... |

[link to www.cdc.gov] They choose their words very carefully. This strain of ebola, Zaire, hasn't "officially" been shown to be airborne. Ebola Reston as been shown to be airborne between animals. As of yet, E-Reston doesn't infect humans. (Reston was discovered in crab-eating macaques from Hazleton Laboratories in 1989. This attracted significant media attention due to the proximity of Reston to the Washington, DC metro area, and the lethality of a closely related Ebola virus. Despite its status as a level-4 organism, Reston virus is non-pathogenic to humans, though hazardous to monkeys. Read The Hot Zone, if you want nightmares.) Still need to get Hot Zone. Just got this one and it is free at the time being: [link to www.amazon.com] I am not even convinced that the current outbreak in Africa is even Ebola. It sure isn't like any Ebola we have had in the past. Of course it is mutating so quickly, no one knows what it will turn into in the end. Just search the hot zone in google. I found the whole book free |

[snip] "Quite frankly, ladies and gentlemen, this health crisis we're facing is unparalleled in modern times," Aylward told a news conference in Geneva. "We don't know where the numbers are going on this." He said the WHO's previous forecast that the number of cases could reach 20,000 no longer seemed a lot, but the number could be kept within the tens of thousands with "a much faster reponse". [snip] "The amount for which we requested was about $100 million a month ago and now it is $1 billion, so our ask has gone up 10 times in a month," Nabarro told reporters. "Because of the way the outbreak is advancing, the level of surge we need to do is unprecedented, it is massive," he said. Delays, Omissions, Irregularities Won't Hide Worsening EVD Infection Rates Quoting: TheParadigmMan In contrast to W.H.O. and Liberia, Sierra Leone continues its timely, regular release of day-old short-period EVD data, showing 31 new confirmed cases yesterday 9-13, which if continued would double their current 1432 cumulative confirmed cases to 2864 in 46 days. Their increase of 35 confirmed-suspected-probable cases from the 9/12 1551 total to 1586 yesterday would double their 'CSP' case total to 3172 in 45 days: [link to health.gov.sl] Continued Liberian increases of 60-70 confirmed-suspect-probable cases per day, when finally revealed after their most recent 4 day old release for 9/10, would double their 2407 total cumulative 'CSP' cases to over 4800 in 35-40 days; a not-unrealistic worsening rate of say 80-90 CSP cases per day would suggest a doubling to over 4800 cases in just 26 to 30 days, and their 2 day, 9/9-9/10 CSP case increase of 231 would double their last reported 2407 case total to 4800 in just 21 days, by Sep. 30, and then possibly to 10,000 CSP cases as soon as Oct. 21st. My opinion remains that Liberia's and W.H.O.'s reasoning to obscure public and HCW recognition of the deteriorating and threatening EVD increase by issuing delayed, irregular, uncomparable and incomplete data, is specious. ^^^^^ THIS ^^^^^ BattlesightZero YOU, and only YOU are responsible for maintaining the balance of power between you and the rest of the semi-sentient beings in this world. Boko Haram (Western education is forbidden), officially called Jama'atu Ahlis Sunna Lidda'Awati Wal-Jihad (People Committed to the Prophet's Teachings for Propagation and Jihad), is a militant Islamist movement based in northeast Nigeria. If you don't, what happens is *your* fault. Period. |
