The FBI has investigated 70 deaths and 80 injuries and in every case they were innocent.

How are they going to manage innocent on the guy whose face they blew off by mistake of course?

CIA Investigates Itself for Spying on Senate

"If it turns out that the CIA was spying on the Senate committee that oversees the agency, it would be an outrageous violation of separation of powers," said ACLU senior legislative counsel Christopher Anders.

Majority of people (and people formed institution) can not investigate themselves fairly due to their false selves. The false self or ego prevent one from investigating honestly on itself. It will protect itself with defense mechanism that give false justification for inappropriate action or behavior.The false self lies to justify, it's a form of self deception. Only when people value true self higher than false self can they start admitting their fault or wrong factually without a need for justification. This is a time when the fool in the book of proverbs realizes his/her foolishness without holding onto the false construct of "I am an awakened genius". That's the phase of cleaning out the wineskin Jesus was talking about which even most Christians won't understand cause most Christians are also controlled and dominated by their false selves.
