Not that it matters what other people think, but not being married to a guy you've been with for a long time is hard on a woman, especially if you have kids. You have no idea. At the grocery store, people will compliment your kids, then look at your ring finger-- if no ring, their demeanor often changes. I was a single mom for a while and actually bought a cheap wedding band to wear so I'd be treated better. No matter how great a relationship is, if the woman isn't married we all think the guy won't do it because he does not want to be "trapped" and therefore does not truly love her.

My full time personal assistant duties to him are worth at least $1500 monthly. I don't know how much a full time chef runs but ill assume thats at least 1k per month. Want to get down and dirty, sex costs about $75 a pop, thats another $1500 a month. Thats about $11k a month, over $110k per year. A good wife will give you over a million dollars in services over the course of a decade, and how many get that much back in a divorce?
