Once they have overwhelming support on the petition they could force a vote on it anyways. If enough people that live there want out they could actually suceed in doing it. Less taxes and soon a Gold Backed currrency worth more than the Petro Dollar. If they changed all their money now it would be worth more way more really soon as the petro dollar hits 60 cents which it will.
