Quoting: Anonymous Coward 34356336 Ty that's what its all about, control. Forcing yourself to do what you must to take control of your life. Helps that there are 2 separate farmers markets for local fresh cheap produce. The tough part is leveling off. Eating the right amount once you hit your weight because at first you can go back to eating like you used to and not gain weight. Then the weight starts creeping back. Try eating normal once or twice a week. The rest of the time stick with what you are doing. GL Ty, im still 20lbs from goal weight and once I get there im going for body builder build. Im very strong for my size and was in boxing earlier in life. Want to get body builder big and have people shit when they see me after not seeing me for a long time. I'm sure most people are quite regular. Im not sure I follow what you are saying now? |

One of the most important aspects of conspiracy theories is being able to discern when there isn't one. Oh yeah, like you'd understand anyway. Where are we going and why am I in this handbasket?. . .J. Handy |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 52804593 United States 03/24/2014 07:55 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Hey OP, that cool guy here.. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 52804593 How many minutes of cardio and what did you eat on a typical day? And did you meal prep weekly or eat what ever you felt like eating day by day? daily exercise was 45 minutes of high intensity weight training, followed by 20-40 minutes of cardio daily. Typical day(and by typical I literally mean everyday, very little deviation from this) of food is. breakfast: 2 packs of 160 calorie high fiber oatmeal (80%) of my days fiber in from breakfast alone. Lunch: Salad everyday, most times without chicken like 1 or 2 day a week with. ALWAYS USE fat free Italian dressing which is 15 calories per serving so you can go heavy on it. Dinner: large source of meat/protein, brown rice daily, and a fresh vegetable, normally broccoli that I cut and steam/boil or asparagus. Occasionaly combine them all into stir fry and slap on salsa to taste. Night snack: 2 celery peanutbutter and 1 grapefruit, do not eat later than 7oclock or 3 hours before sleep Only drink is water. Thanks for an interest. Averaged 13lbs a month loss doing this with the intense exercise Dude honestly I think oatmeal is crucial. If eaten for breakfast with say abanana it seemed to jumpstart my metabolism and I'd be a quick action away from sweating all day. Thanks for the reply, I tore my rotator cuff and got a little fluffy but I'm healed up nicely now so hopefully your success will make it easier for me to get back to be usual self. |

You can do it, just modify your workout to not stress your rotator. Also go for the high fiber oatmeal. WAY healthier and less sugar. High fiber jump starts your digestive system. |

Better than you slim User ID: 51563389 United States 03/24/2014 09:10 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Hey, I'm down 33# in 8 weeks from a no sugar, no dairy, no grain, no processed food diet. Grass fed, hormone free meats, wild game, and organic veggies. Nuts and berries. Lots of fat from grass fed butter, coconuts, and avacados. Black coffee, green tea, and lemon water for drinks. Small hunk of 85% cocao chocolate every evening as my reward. Been ordering my meats and game online with good results. 3 times a week I do 20 minutes on the Total Gym, cause if it's good enough for Chuck Norris it's good enough for me. 5 times a week I do 45 minutes in a 140 degree sauna. ( You sweat out a lot of bad stuff ) It's restrictive, expensive and time consuming to eat this way. If you get creative you can make some pretty good eats. Spaghetti Squash is a great base, cauliflower rice is cool, as both mix well with your meats and olive oil. Tonight I had a spinach salad made with uncured smoked wild boar bacon. Used Stevia in the bacon dressing. Mmmmmm, that shit was good. ....and, there be some hot hippy-yuppy chics at the Whole Foods store, and they been smiling and looking my way a lot more. |
