I don't know what the big deal is about the clown thing, he's not doing anything wrong. Maybe he's retarded and likes clowns. Or maybe he used to be a clown and had some traumatic event happen and misses being a clown. I mean move to Florida, you see weirdos everywhere everyday, you just get used to their idiosyncrasies. I mean if he did someone wrong, sure well then be on the watch for him. Maybe if someone tried to get to know him they could find out why he is dressing as clown, maybe try to help him. Sometimes people like to do weird things just to get a rise out of other people, they are just bored and lonely and a little off, but not harmful. I just don't understand why everyone is so fearful all the time in America.
