hope you are well, i havent talked to my teacher yet but i feel any work that was done will need to let settle for a while, let it balance and in the meantime be actively taking control of any situations to do with your health and well being, practice empowering yourself, you are more powerful than you think, and i know that sounds cute but its true,

medtate and be still, smile and try listen to any nudges you get from your heart center,

i will find out when i can do another session with you and the other 2 and let ye know. in the meantime feel free to mail me any thoughts on things in a mail , happy to help in some way, let me know how your feeling and what your energy is telling you.

If anyone in or near the Dublin, Ireland area would like to drop by for a full session of healing, takes about 1 hour and is a very deep cleansing/healing, Id be happy to oblige, check info of whats involved.

When I'm finished my own self healing by the Angelica ill be a clearer channel and should have better results , also starting to interpret what is being shown as I hold ppl in the geometry,

Hi paler.

Sorry for responding so late. I have been extremely busy this week.

I didn't notice any specific feeling or tingling or anything on Wednesday, and I was so busy that I forgot all about it. *sorry*

But I did have quite an emotional release on Thursday. I had a good cry and thought about many things I hadn't thought of for some time. I took a sea salt and baking soda bath and meditated.

I think all in all, it was a good cleansing and release. I don't think I'll really be able to accurately give any helpful input until I actually have a few hours to relax this weekend. Running around all week has exhausted me and hasn't given me many opportunities to evaluate and reconnect with myself.

I'll keep you updated, and thank you so much for your time and energy.
