It does not appear to be BS, it's fairly obvious that the media, while reporting that Turkey is shutting down Youtube, Facebook, Twitter etc, is very careful not to discuss the actual contents of the leak which prompted all that except in extremely general terms. It's not like these news organizations can't get ahold of a Turkish translator, they are deliberately not touching that audio with a 10' pole.

Those news are about the event that two different Kurdish families fought because of the election of the administrator of their village in Sanliurfa (southeastern Turkey). Some of them used guns in that fight. That is not about the bans or a riot.
