Please review. I am curious how this will be handled and what effect it will have on APD policy. Does the free public in the USA actually have a voice that can be heard?

Well, at least they are pitching a fit over it.

Police up here don't video the people they murder, so it just goes largely unnoticed and unreported.

They are killing more and more each year.

What free public in USA? Do you mean the free to get back to work to pay taxes to pay the salaries of and support the police who buy the teargas with their tax money to brutalise them when they protest against police brutality instead of getting back to work to pay taxes to pay the salaries of and support the police who buy the teargas with their tax money to brutalise them when they protest against police brutality instead of getting back to work to pay taxes to pay the salaries of and support the police who buy the teargas with their tax money to brutalise them when they protest against police brutality instead of getting back to work to pay taxes to pay the salaries of and support the police who buy the teargas with their tax money to brutalise them when they protest against police brutality instead of getting back to work to pay taxes to pay the salaries of and support the police who buy the teargas with their tax money to brutalise them when they protest against police brutality instead of getting back to work to pay taxes to pay the salaries of and support the police who buy the teargas with their tax money to brutalise them when they protest against police brutality instead of getting back to work to pay taxes to pay the salaries of and support the police who buy the teargas with their tax money ?
