Riot police fired water cannon in the Turkish capital on Tuesday to disperse thousands of people protesting outside the Supreme Electoral Council (YSK) against local election results which saw the ruling party dominate the electoral map.

Prime Minister Tayyip Erdogan's Islamist-rooted AK Party kept control of the two biggest cities, Istanbul and Ankara, and increased its share of the national vote in Sunday's elections despite a corruption scandal dogging his government, but the opposition has said it will contest some of the results.

The crowd, calling for a recount of the Ankara result, which was particularly close, chanted "Thief Tayyip!" and "YSK, the people are with you!" before the riot police moved in.

They probably now know that their gov where planning a FF to go to war with Syria on the orders of US.

This will not end well...

They cut youtube and twitter so the population wouldn't find out about recorded telephone call discussing the false flag attack on their own land and blaming Syria so the could attack.

Like him or not, G Beck is usually right. During his show last week he was showing a map and said "watch Turkey". It was as if it was an after thought, not scripted. It got my attention. First thing I thought of when I read the thread title.

The two below were recorded discussing a false flag on an Ottoman tomb inside Syria in order to justify an invasion of Syria. Coincidentally or not the prime minister foreshadowed an attack on the tomb by naming it specifically in Aug, 2013.

Hakan Fidan (Head Of Turkish Intelligence Agency) "Hmm, what I underline is sir, if we are going to take such an important decision for this sort of reason, Sulayman Sah Tomb if we are ready to take this decision"

Feridun Sinirlioglu (Ministry of Foreign Affairs) "No not only Suleyman Sah."

These protests only achieve "political changes" when backed by US/NATO.

Sounds like the elections were rigged.

Erdogan will enter the Syrian war for several reason, but the best is to distract attention.

According to Erdogan (in his winning speech) the political opposition are being West-lovers (aka NATO-lovers) and that he is now declaring war with them. This is pretty heavy talk for a ruling party in Turkey.
There definitely is a split in NATO atm. Who wants to go at War with Russia? Erdogan is capitalizing on this very public sentiment. If he keeps pressing on, will he be able to control the situation and contribute in maeing all parties involved in the Syrian conflict stand down, or is he actually pursuing to open an all out full war with Syria?
Right now he is either playing this like (or telling the truth) like other elements are controlling Turkish army and not he.

This has huge implications for Mr. Kerry. Aware of faking Al Qaeda. He needs to be fired immediately.

Most people outside America think that Al Queda is in essence the US Army. That's a huge PR disaster.

Maybe someone is trying to make him enter the Syrian war for distraction, if they can create enough turmoil inside Turkey. The major opposition party is being voted by the army and families of people working in the army in Turkey. There might be a plan where someone pushes him to war and then after they overthrow him they pick up from where he supposedly started and possibly failing to deliver, but blaming him for any negative outcome. If the political opposition in Turkey is that desperate I don't know what to say. These people supposed to be the most educated and high income in Turkey. Most of them are atheists and supposedly come from non Mongolian origin, for example former Byzantines not willing to convert to Islam. But now behaving worst than Muslims?

If I was Israel and wanted Syria on the plate I would definitely fan the political flames inside Turkey.
