Term, be elected, as follows:

Article IV Section 4. The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of

Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the

Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.

2. Issued 23 Executive Orders on gun control – infringement of the 2nd Amendment.

Article III Section 3. Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in
adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the
Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.

5. Executive Order 13603 NDRP – Government can seize anything.
