There will be many "Antichrists," whatever that means, of course he/she/it/that would like to sit above God (It's not my God, your "God" or god; this said as the way we all could conceive it, except the atheists or those saying/preaching/believeing they are their own "god"), whose name we shouldn't even speak, and he/she/it/that will like to control it all and force us to kneel and praise him/her/it/that and killing all of those who haven't received the mark of the beast.

Technicallly there's a thing called Rapture which may or may not happen, has/is/will or not happen. But it really doesn't matter as we may live our lives following God's will, we're already able to die for Christ; but he saved us in order to live and make us all like the angels after whatever thing may come.
If you die while having believed in Jesus, you will resurrect when Kingdom comes. That's for 1000 years which some say already happened and some other say it hasn't.
After those 1000 years it is said that Satan would be freed from abyss to deceive all nations and recruit them for a war against Heaven.
After that, the beast, the false prophet and satan are said to be thrown ito the lake of fire which burns eternally.

It's difficult to say "when" are we exactly, but truth is in Daniel 12 that science will advance at somewhat ridiculous rates, which is happening already. And don't forget the judgement upon babylon which may be what we call the matrix.

We need to seek God. The essence of it all is don't waste your time in the matrix if you're not helping each other, forgiving and being forgiven. God doesn't want us to perish, that's what our sins did, they made us kill Jesus and he received punishment onto Himself, and God raised from the dead.
