There is nothing inherently wrong with the Constitution that we have. Quite the opposite, actually. Rather than writing a new one, which could just as easily have disastrous consequences, we would be much better served in electing representatives who actually adhere to the one we already have.

The only way this will happen is if the States proceed with their own convention under Title V.

The SCOTUS needs reform, so it will more aggressively uphold ALL of the Constitution. I suggest State legislators look at amending the process of appointing SCOTUS judges, such that they can be recalled for not upholding.

SCOTUS has let everyone down by constantly caving.

When this occurs, it will be the states asserting themselves back into the process. The constitution has been amended to make the senate elections by the people rather than be appointed by the states. This needs to be reversed back to give the states control over the senate and not the party. If a senator does not represent their state appropriately, the state can fire them an appoint someone who will.

The only change we need to make to the constitution or bill of rights is to add "in perpetuity" to every single article. Let the document read as it stands without "translation" from the supreme justices, it's their job to enforce it.

Please be smart and realise nothing good can come of this allowing a already corrupt and destructive government structure to alter the most basic foundation of our country's laws and freedoms is absurdly dangerous.
