Thanks for this, I'm actually a MD for a successful company and work generally 12 hours+ a day. I come on GLP for a bit of fun and to wind down... what can you do when you're not a moderator? I would certainly like to ban a few moderators on here for some really nasty things being said. I've been on here almost since the start of the site and it's a shame.

If you've been on here since the start, then you should be *well* aware that things aren't fair, people regularly have misunderstandings, there are TONS of trolls, and... well... let's be honest here... pretty much everyone is PMSing.. like... 99% of the time. Lighten up.

You should see some of the housing developments here, very shocking. Thank god I live in the hills of Wales, sure it happens in the cities and towns of Wales.
