Cop breaks into home arrests black man for no reason

The door was already open when the video started. We have no idea what transpired in the moments before the vid started.

If they had drugs and all the prior shit you talk about, then he would have been charged. No instead he got charged with resisting arrest and disturbing the peace. Those two things are stupid and that cop had no right into that mans home. The whole thing could have been handled a lot different.

No instead the officer forced his way into the home, and upon the occupant. Told the occupant that he would shoot him in the fing head. Then he attempted to put his bondage cuffs upon the occupant. Yes I would be scared to death.

Guys it doesn't matter this mans color, it could happen to any of us. Whites are having the same problem. Police coming in and acting like your private residence is theirs.

This video starts when the cop is at the door. I am wondering what happened before this. I can't see the cop just showing up at a random house and showing himself inside for no reason.

My guess is that the guy ran from the cops. This brought the cop to his house to arrest him for resisting arrest.

Of course you won't ever get the whole story from a youtube video.

Is just me or dose anyone find this just a little funny? The guy is yelling I'm sacred, and it looks like the cop is trying to rape him or something.

The pigs hesitance is due to his known guilt. Had he been right there would no problem naming a charge and tackling the guy down. How did he get away with this.

Sounds like cop was friends with the neighbor who the man had gotten into a verbal confrontation with earlier. Neighbor apparently asked the man to quit using foul language and then called his cop friend on the man.

Oh the horror - cussing on your own front porch! I think the man has a good law suit. Hope he wins.
