I get so sick of people claiming Chupacabra is any form of canine. It is not.
Chupacabra is a bipedal slick skinned creature. The skin is a pasty white. It has long claws and teeth. Large eyes and nostrils. It does have a muzzle of sorts, but not like a dog.

Not old it's new did you not take time to look at the date stamping... of course not.

This if it is a canide/feline is quite unusual in the way it eats as well as diet. The proportions do not match with raccoon or possum.

I do not think it is a chupacabra but it could be a new species or hybrid.

Raccoon with mange. Just search on Google for "Raccoon Mange" or "Hairless Raccoon" and you'll see thousands of pictures of different "chupacabras" who look identical to this one.
