Matter of fact, I was at a gas station waiting to pay inside and the guy in front of me had on some of those low riders. The thing was that his white underwear were very dingy. Gross.

I told him in my usual, loving fashion that I saw his underwear. He mumbled 'sorry'. The guy behind the counter (the manager) was a black man and he laughed for about 5 minutes at the 'exchange'.

It's one thing to have your undies showing, but please put some bleach or something in your whites.
