As per o-care if you are 65 or older they won't show up SAme in Canada.....family friends x3 over 65 heart attacks and ambulance never showed up. In one case the kids took their mom to ER themselves. She died in ER. Several hours for this, certificate of death, morgue and regulations....kids came home distressed THEN 5 HOURS AFTER THE INITIAL CALL paramedics show up, then charge the kids $300 for an unnecessary call!!!!!!
