Sure, we make huge profits, but we are not motivated by money. We are motivated by the challenge to eliminate diseases and ailments affecting all mankind. Sure, we make mistakes sometimes (who doesn't??) but drug making is a complex and expensive process.
So be grateful that some nasty disease or illness isn't making you hit the dirt bag earlier without medicines produced by big Pharma.
