Re: Holy hell almighty check out the Bundy ranch place....

i believe we live in a nation of laws. if the law states that the feds can do that legally then they are "right". if people dont like the laws, they can change them. also, the ranchers should have educated themselves regarding the laws and taken steps to prevent this. even if that means relocating to a place that would not have this type of issue.

again, i really dont think i like either side on this one.

You just keep right on believing there .... Pollyanna ..!!
 Quoting: MissPurrrrrfect

and another superficial, empty post. why dont you explain why i am wrong rather just saying it and name calling as if you were a child.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 38013011

Are you ignorant or just love your gov?
 Quoting: MissPurrrrrfect

you really cant read, huh? and yet another shallow, pointless post. if you dont understand my point of view, why do you try to attack me? if i said i think the feds are assholes in this situation, how is that me loving the "gov"? you are a very simple person who only reacts on emotion impulse.

thanks for the irrelevant news update, fruitcake.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 38013011

Irreverent? It is a big deal or don't you think unnecessary censorship is a serious problem? Do you know what the Feds are doing now? They are tearing out all the watering stations on the BLM. These watering stations have been there since the first ranchers started using the scrub desert for grazing. They planted miles of pipe to water everything. The wild critters use that water and it helps the growth of plants all around the areas. The water ties the ranchers to the rights to graze. The real travesty is the theft of the water ... it is a big problem in these rights of us all, and especially where there is not enough.
The Feds have totally killed the San Joaquin Valley in Calif now ... so the fruit we have had from there is no more. Now they are stealing the watering stations and pipelines out of the desert grazing lands.
Obama has just arrived.

i was commenting on the update that "threads were being deleted"... can you read? you need to chill out with the emotion...
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 38013011

Perhaps you need to heat up a little!
 Quoting: MissPurrrrrfect

oh ya, you are doing a lot by getting emotional over the internet... big time hero, you are. a true patriot... trying to incite others to violence due to a situation you clearly dont fully understand... you are immature, irresponsible and you are a coward. you want to talk big? then get off your ass and go join them or shut up with the tough guy internet talk. it comes across as being the pinnacle of pathetic pseudo patriotism. pussy.

Re: Holy hell almighty check out the Bundy ranch place....
Someone is going to get hurt due to the stupidity and incompetence of the BLM in carrying out the court order. Didn't these idiots learn anything from Ruby Ridge? Then as now, the government had the law on their side. But the criminally negligent manner in which the law was enforced led to a completely avoidable tragedy.

Bundy is not in the right. He spouts nonsense about "preemptive rights" that do not exist in precedent or the law. He refuses to pay grazing fees while every other rancher who grazes on federal land must do so. Bundy is losing his cattle because he is defying the law and the courts - no matter his reasoning or claims to the contrary. The BLM is enforcing a law passed by Congress, and enforcing a court order that Bundy is not challenging. It's hard to see how Bundy has any kind of a legal case to continue to defy the law.

Beyond that, we have the spectacle of the Bureau of Land Management overreacting in a situation that calls for tact and diplomacy, not snipers targeting his family. I hardly think 200 armed agents are necessary to enforce this court order. It's pure intimidation on the part of the feds,

Cooler heads on both sides must prevail or another avoidable tragedy will occur.

They have an apache helicopter on site. This is all very very bad. The military is officially patrolling the homeland in total violation of our constitution
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 47952691

Maybe it's Mr. Bundy's helicopter if this comment following an article is true. He better do a head count on his children to make sure they haven't taken it out for a spin. chuckle

"Cliven Bundy is a millionaire with a ranch, 14 kids, 53 grandkids, an airplance, a helicopter, multiple water rights and have left junk scattered all over Gold Butte, like broken PVC pipes, barb wire, sheet metal, old tires and he is a menace. He is pretty much like Warren Jeffs, the polygamous prophet of the FLDS church who gets these crazy ideas and lives in a world of delusion."

This is all you need to know on what is going on ==> FRACKING:

BLM postpones Oil and Gas Lease "same day" sale that was scheduled for June 24, 2014 (Notice it is for Elko and Southern Nevada Districts):
[link to www.blm.gov]

Now look here under the June 24 postponed heading. Notice there is ONLY a listing for the Elko parcels NOT the Southern Nevada parcels:
[link to www.blm.gov]

Now would you believe how strange it is that Bundy's ranch is in the Southern Nevada District? Hmmmmmm

Look at how many leases BLM has sold. Did you know:
BLM is a significant revenue generator to the US Govt?

NOTE: BELOW "TAXPAYERS EARN" MEANS THE FED GOVT!
Each year, taxpayers earn more than $11 billion from the natural resources developed from the public lands and oceans (mainly from energy development...FRACKING)

"Nevada—is one of the largest nontax sources of revenue for U.S. taxpayers and is available for the benefit of all Americans."

Not understanding how we went from helicoptors to the fracking links you keep posting. Are you saying the .gov wants that land for fracking?

Do your links support that? Do you happen to have a link that isn't .gov, or could you copy and paste a portion so I can follow what you're getting at?

Last question, if you're saying it's fracking related, are the lands in this link involved?

how is he not part of the elite? he has more money than 99% of americans. he has more land than 99% of americans. he owns water rights. 99% of americans dont own water rights. he has a huge ranch, political influence (dont say he doesn, look at the support he is getting. that may not be from politicians but its still political support), etc..

furthermore, he and his family got rich off of using public land. if that land could benefit more people than just his family and they got extremely rich off of it, what is the problem with their time being up?

Wow, you really are a piece of work. I guess all farms should be corporate owned right? Nothing the government does benefits "us"...only the fascism that rules our country.

He's a private farmer, who had documented rights to graze on this land...but you KNOW this, how many times will you ask the same question? your are a shill instigating bullshit.

Re: Holy hell almighty check out the Bundy ranch place....
He is pretty much like Warren Jeffs, the polygamous prophet of the FLDS church who gets these crazy ideas and lives in a world of delusion."

if that is true, isnt he part of the 1% that you all hate so much? isnt this a struggle among elites? yet you want to go and fight for them? why? what has bundy done for you? if anything, he is trying to control public land that could potentially benefit far more people than the bundy clan...

when i saw his interview on hannity someone posted here, i knew he was not the type of person i could support. you all need to start thinking deeper into this and ask yourselves why you are willing to go fight for this multimillionaire...

He's hardly a 1 percenter. But those that are behind this are, and in fact the .001 percent that control us all are the masters. Don't hate on a wealthy man who earned every penny.

how is he not part of the elite? he has more money than 99% of americans. he has more land than 99% of americans. he owns water rights.
