"Cliven Bundy is a millionaire with a ranch, 14 kids, 53 grandkids, an airplance, a helicopter, multiple water rights and have left junk scattered all over Gold Butt.."

lol

Hurry, hurry, hurry! Step right up!

See the cowboy con man counting his money on the backs of not-too-bright internet warriors following the lead of their manipulators.

See the bearded turtle!

See the chunk of granite Bundy's grandpappy laid!

See dimwits, see dimwits run!

All for $59.99 (sunscreen optional and at an additional cost).

Idjits.

What do you think this land will really be used for once confiscated? To protect a turtle? They are euthanizing these turtles. To enrich the poor and middle class? Noooo....the super rich corporations will get richer.

So what if he's a millionaire? He earned it.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 23077546

oh so now you are for the elites? i thought that the 1% were the bad guys?...

what if the plans for the public land would benefit millions of people? why should millionaire bundy get to use it to make himself richer when its not even his land in the 1st place? isnt it enough that he/his family were able to use public lands for centuries in order to make his family wealthy (wealthier than me and wealthier than you..probably combined..)?
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 38013011

Wow, you really are a piece of work. I guess all farms should be corporate owned right? Nothing the government does benefits "us"...only the fascism that rules our country.

He's a private farmer, who had documented rights to graze on this land...but you KNOW this, how many times will you ask the same question? your are a shill instigating bullshit.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 23077546

obviously he doesnt have the rights if he hasnt been able to support it in court. if he did, there wouldnt be an issue here..

you calling me a shill just shows you are deluded and have no real point. its basically you saying you have lost the argument.

if that is true, isnt he part of the 1% that you all hate so much? isnt this a struggle among elites? yet you want to go and fight for them? why? what has bundy done for you? if anything, he is trying to control public land that could potentially benefit far more people than the bundy clan...

when i saw his interview on hannity someone posted here, i knew he was not the type of person i could support. you all need to start thinking deeper into this and ask yourselves why you are willing to go fight for this multimillionaire...

how is he not part of the elite? he has more money than 99% of americans. he has more land than 99% of americans. he owns water rights. 99% of americans dont own water rights. he has a huge ranch, political influence (dont say he doesn, look at the support he is getting. that may not be from politicians but its still political support), etc..

furthermore, he and his family got rich off of using public land. if that land could benefit more people than just his family and they got extremely rich off of it, what is the problem with their time being up?

Re: Holy hell almighty check out the Bundy ranch place....
He actually does have the legal right to use the land. IT IS NOT GOV ( BLM) owned, never was...the BLM was brought in to help users, farmers, ranchers, whoever bought and paid for the use MAINTAIN and MANAGE the land. thats it.

OWNED...By SHIREE BUNDY COX:

I have had people ask me to explain my dad's stance on this BLM fight. Here it is in as simple of terms as I can explain it. There is so much to it, but here it s in a nut shell. My great grandpa bought the rights to the Bunkerville allotment back in 1887 around there. Then he sold them to my grandpa who then turned them over to my dad in 1972. These men bought and paid for their rights to the range and also built waters, fences and roads to assure the servival of their cattle, all with their own money, not with tax dollars. These rights to the land use is called preemptive rights. Some where down the line, to keep the cows from over grazing, came the bureau of land management. They were supposed to assist the ranchers in the management of their ranges while the ranchers paid a yearly allotment which was to be use to pay the BLM wages and to help with repaires and improvements of the ranches. My dad did pay his grazing fees for years to the BLM until they were no longer using his fees to help him and to improve. Instead they began using these money's against the ranchers. They bought all the rest of the ranchers in the area out with they're own grazing fees. When they offered to buy my dad out for a penence he said no thanks and then fired them because they weren't doing their job. He quit paying the BLM but, tried giving his grazing fees to the county, which they turned down. So my dad just went on running his ranch and making his own improvements with his own equipment and his own money, not taxes. In essence the BLM was managing my dad out of business. Well when buying him out didn't work, they used the indangered species card. You've already heard about the desert tortis. Well that didn't work either, so then began the threats and the court orders, which my dad has proven to be unlawful for all these years. Now their desperate. It's come down to buying the brand inspector off and threatening the County Sheriff. Everything their doing at this point is illegal and totally against the constitution of the United States of America. Now you may be saying," how sad, but what does this have to do with me?" Well, I'll tell you. They will get rid of Cliven Bundy, the last man standing on the Bunkerville allotment and then they will close all the roads so no one can ever go on it again. Next, it's Utah's turn. Mark my words, Utah is next.
Then there's the issue of the cattle that are at this moment being stolen. See even if dad hasn't paid them, those cattle do belong to him. Regardless where they are they are my fathers property. His herd has been part of that range for over a hundred years, long before the BLM even exsisted. Now the Feds think they can just come in and remove them and sell them without a legal brand inspection or without my dad's signature on it. They think they can take them over two boarders, which is illegal, ask any trucker. Then they plan to take them to the Richfeild Aucion and sell them. All with our tax money. They have paid off the contract cowboys and the auction owner as well as the Nevada brand inspector with our tax dollars. See how slick they are?
Well, this is it in a nut shell. Thanks

I love all these trolls who call Cliven a criminal. Everyone reading these troll comments should watch his videos where he clearly says that the 1993 BLM grazing deal change was a raw deal and would put him in the red. In many states that kind of contract is illegal. He did the math, said hell no. The other farmers didn't and aren't in business any more. Who is the criminal? The BLM.

This is all you need to know on what is going on ==> FRACKING:

BLM postpones Oil and Gas Lease "same day" sale that was scheduled for June 24, 2014 (Notice it is for Elko and Southern Nevada Districts):
[link to www.blm.gov]

Now look here under the June 24 postponed heading. Notice there is ONLY a listing for the Elko parcels NOT the Southern Nevada parcels:
[link to www.blm.gov]

Now would you believe how strange it is that Bundy's ranch is in the Southern Nevada District? Hmmmmmm

Look at how many leases BLM has sold. Did you know:
BLM is a significant revenue generator to the US Govt?

NOTE: BELOW "TAXPAYERS EARN" MEANS THE FED GOVT!
Each year, taxpayers earn more than $11 billion from the natural resources developed from the public lands and oceans (mainly from energy development...FRACKING)

"Nevada—is one of the largest nontax sources of revenue for U.S. taxpayers and is available for the benefit of all Americans."
[link to www.americanprogress.org]

in 2011:
"U.S. government collects roughly $10 billion annually in revenues from oil, gas and minerals on federal lands"

Not understanding how we went from helicoptors to the fracking links you keep posting. Are you saying the .gov wants that land for fracking?

Do your links support that? Do you happen to have a link that isn't .gov, or could you copy and paste a portion so I can follow what you're getting at?

Last question, if you're saying it's fracking related, are the lands in this link involved?

• Bunkerville Allotment
• Mesquite Community Allotment
• Toquop Sheep Allotment
• Hen Springs Allotment
• Billy Goat Peak Allotment
• Gold Butte Allotment
• Lower Mormon Mesa Allotment
• Upper Mormon Mesa
• Flat Top Mesa
• Virgin River Bottom
• Lime Spring
• Azure Ridge
• Lake Mead National Recreation Area (Lake Mead NRA)

Thank you so much for your efforts to provide links. It's appreciated. I don't go to .gov links, but tried to track down the fracking connection. The main one appears to be Natural News. They've spread a lot of disinfo, and seem to be continuing. The statements I'll refer to are quoted below with link provided.

They claim it's a "save the tortoise" operation, which is denied in the court case link I posted earlier, and not rebutted by Mr. Bundy.

I've read they brought "hundreds of heavily armed men" but have seen no pictures or evidence of it. With the threats he's been making, it is believeable since the agents would want to defend themselves, but I've seen no evidence.

They also posted the you tube where a man kicked a dog, saying how the protester were harassed, which is a whole different issue.

Regarding the statement Natural News made about BLM running "land theft operations", I don't see how it's possible to steal what you already own.

Natural News reference:
"The way this works, of course, is that BLM runs land theft operations by claiming they are "managing" the land and thereby kicking everyone else off it."

"That is why they brought hundreds of heavily armed men to a "save the tortoise" operation."

As far as fracking, I hate it and wish it weren't allowed anywhere. I hope it's just Natural News spreading their current agenda. If it is true, I hate it as much as anyone who opposes it, but it's their land.

Thank you again for your research.

What do you think this land will really be used for once confiscated? To protect a turtle? They are euthanizing these turtles. To enrich the poor and middle class? Noooo....the super rich corporations will get richer.

So what if he's a millionaire? He earned it.

oh so now you are for the elites? i thought that the 1% were the bad guys?...

what if the plans for the public land would benefit millions of people? why should millionaire bundy get to use it to make himself richer when its not even his land in the 1st place? isnt it enough that he/his family were able to use public lands for centuries in order to make his family wealthy (wealthier than me and wealthier than you..probably combined..)?

Wow, you really are a piece of work. I guess all farms should be corporate owned right? Nothing the government does benefits "us"...only the fascism that rules our country.

He's a private farmer, who had documented rights to graze on this land...but you KNOW this, how many times will you ask the same question? your are a shill instigating bullshit.

you calling me a shill just shows you are deluded and have no real point. its basically you saying you have lost the argument.

The Bundy family has run cattle on the scrubland since the 1870′s, but in 1993, the government decided it “owned” the land and would start charging Bundy rent fees for his cows grazing on it. The Bundy family refused to pay the fees, so BLM went to court over the payments, and when that didn’t pan out the way they wanted, they decided to unleash an army of heavily armed, militarized “soldiers” to lay siege to the ranch and steal Bundy’s cattle.

Authorities are justifying the move by pointing out they are simply enforcing a 1993 rule change which prevents Bundy’s livestock from grazing on the land in order to protect the endangered desert tortoise.

So let me get this right. The people that we PAY to serve the public have decided to take up arms against these same citizens because of a FUCKING Tortoise????

Really, fire them all from the head of the agency all the way down to the secretaries.

You are correct, he doesn't have the rights to support in court…...
NONE OF US HAVE RIGHTS!
THAT IS THE POINT!

His rights were stripped away the day the BLM changed the law and superseded his rights down the drain, all without his consent.

Same way they changed the law to say you cannot capture rain water off your roof. Or if you build a new warehouse, you have to put in a $100,000 water filtration unit to CLEAN THE RAIN WATER CLEANER THAN IT WAS WHEN IT HIT THE ROOF. Or if you warehouse is built 1Sq Ft Bigger, you need 2 Filtration systems! Or your house is the wrong color, or you can't plant that kind of tree, or your stairs are now out of code and need to be brought up to code before you can sell or re-finance your house. I can go on and on about the rights we no longer have, because some bastards think that they control everyone. All apart of agenda 21.

NO ONE HAS ANY RIGHTS IN AMERIKA ANYMORE!

SO it is YOU who are delusional and blind if you think his rights are not valid, or this is the only issue.

Re: Holy hell almighty check out the Bundy ranch place....
Its not the first time they tried it, this rancher died before it was settled - in his favor.

Two federal land managers found guilty of contempt
Not many people noticed, but a landmark case against overzealous federal regulations was overturned on July 26 by a three-judge panel of the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals in Washington, D.C.

The case involved Wayne Hage, the Nevada rancher who became fed up with federal land managers and their increasing restrictions on cattle grazing and water use. He took the fight to them and sued them when they impounded some of his cattle following his refusal to pay fines for alleged grazing violations back in 1991. Years of court battles ensued. Wayne Hage died in 2006; his wife Jean preceded him in 1996.

In 2008, US Claims Court Judge Loren Smith ruled the federal government violated Hage’s rights and awarded $4.4 million to Hage’s surviving family members.

Do you have any clue to what extent our government has overstepped its authority???
Do you know that our constitution says the gov cannot 'own' land that is not for their offices, forts, bases...etc????
