ALERT: The fed game will be to withdraw and wait... wait... until the militia leaves... then pounce.

TACTIC: Send organized militia in on weekly deployments... so that there is always 5 to 10 militia there. This will be sufficient number to rile the millions if TSHTF and will be cost and time saving to the troops.
