Sandy Hook Protocol Broken in Pittsburg!!!

In this short clip from the stabing yesterday at a high school in Pittsburg we can see many of the Sandy Hook actions not followed!

This is terrible!

In the clip we see ambulances parked right in front of the school. Of course from seeing Sandy Hook we all know the best place for ambulances to park is a quarter mile away. Duh.

Furthermore we see rescue vehicles that have the ability to menuver. Again, in Sandy Hook, vehicles were locked in and could not not move, which is obviously correct procedure.

We also see a bit of fear and panic! Absurd! Why would people be upset in that situation? In Sandy Hook we saw calm people with smiling and laughing faces..as it should be.
