You guys are looking too far into these sunspots and CME's. The only time we are going to see any large geomagnetic influence is if the sunspot configures to "beta-gamma-delta" and if it's towards the center disk or western limb. The upper western limb in particular produces the strongest earth effects when a sunspot bursts in that region. I couldn't exactly explain the physics of why that region is the most influential, but it has to do with the magnetic portals of both the sun and the earth, and how the CME's travel through space and in which direction. Keep your eyes on the sky though, all these sunspots have at the minimum subtle effects on our planet and solar system. The current solar cycle is very quiet, but I have an ominous feeling that geomagnetic interference in our atmosphere is influencing our drastic climate and weather patterns.
