I'm stretching this on a limb but if you look closely at the law, ALLODIAL TITLE in NEVADA is due for termination since in NEVADA it is one of the last states to have this RARE legal reserve for property rights in the UNITED STATES. You can't eliminate an Allodial Status for it is Sovereign in nature and not subject to Code.

we need the Title/note to this property to properly identify if this is legal, or if in fact there is an issue with this land in general. what does the public land records and state have to say about it???

But it is not HIS ranch that is central to the government's issue, it is his grazing his cattle on the land he does not own, the federal land. In that he for years was grazing under the 1934 grazing rights act or laws and was paying for that right. I believe at some time he paid the state but then they would not accept the money and then eventually he paid no one.

I believe there is a lot ongoing in this but I do not think allodial land is what that is.
