The series follows a task force assembled by the IRS to capture deadbeat debtors and Tea Party activists. Several "Chapter 7s" are offered a chance to aid in this effort, with the promise of a Federal bailout and a reduction in their sentences for every debtor they catch. However, if any of them tries to escape, they will all be returned to Washington DC and forced to watch reruns of the House Ways and Means Committee meetings.
