5,000 peso most expensive thing?

No Job or car in USA of course but I'm wondering how Mich 5,000 peso would buy me the equivalent of 200 us dollars....I'm starting to think buying non american may be smart as in USA living here I feel like I can't do anything for work and need items. Serious question what the most expensive thing for 5,000 peso I could buy in Cuba to the USA? HOW MUCH IS DENTAL? Can I actually go to the dentist and afford it outside the US?
