So is it just the eye color that is evil? How about blood quotients to tell? DNA testing is pretty sophisticated these days and CAN be used to determine how much of what is mixed in your mongrels. (I'm 46% American Indian though I'm a "blue eyed devil")
I daresay most of the people calling themself black in the US are at least half white.
