I started all the symptoms 15 years ago. It is something that is constantly evolving. When you think you cannot take it any more because it gets too strong, it backs down a little and gives you a break. Vibration, buzzing, and extreme light within that makes you feel you are going to explode because you cannot contain any more energy, 24 hours a day for months non stop can become exhausting.

I feel it is like stretching the body to accept more new energy each wave little by little, in waves, up to a precise point that one can tolerate. Goes down for some months and restarts stronger. You don't get used to it because there is always something new added, but you relax into it because you kow you are not ill with some kind of strange disease.

It was hard for me at first. I found it easier to lay down on the bed, rather than sitting up. After a while what worked for me is putting my body to sleep first, ignore it. Then get your mind to a point of almost sleeping, but stop right before. And keep you thoughts awake while your body sleeps.

I do not claim to know it all, but am a logical person. What I am sharing in this post is something I believe Humanity is experiencing as a whole.

Time for a change

Healing, this seems to be what I am going through. A healing, life altering event is all I can say about it. I don't ever post about these things, just noticed this within myself for the past several days, maybe weeks, and saw this post

I have a question about this. I noticed that it stopped at the heart chakra before continuing to the crown. I had a kudalini years ago. It shocked my husband and literally knocked him out of the bed. He said it felt like an electrical current ran through my body and hit him.
Mine stopped at the heart chakra, as the kundalini was a response to a dark entity who was sitting on my chest. It blew the entity away and gave me complete relief from that situation.
I have always thought that it stoppeed at the heart because the entity was sitting on it, and it hurt badly. Since it stopped at the heart, and didn't complete it's cycle, what should I do? Did this harm me? Interestingly enough my throat chakra is blocked and has recently started to unblock.

Dang, I have the same happenings as you. Have you ever heard helicopter sounds in your ears? The high pitch sounds and static has been happening for about six months, after it stopped for a year.

The heart chakra is the center of the 7 chakras, either way you look at it... from the top and from the bottom.
But our energy rises from the ground, from where we came and from there it rises up to the heavens.
One needs to be not only grounded to get access to the earth energies, but also be inspired by vision to reach that higher state.
The electric energy can indeed hit other persons in a way.
But it's nothing dangerous, just life energy.
One can be shocked a little because of not knowing this.
When it reaches the heart, something else happens.
You have to devote to this energy in a way, so it can make the reconnection between root-chakra and crown-chakra.
From there on it goes really fast, quicker than it needed from root to heart. When you crownchakra opens, you mostly get visuals at one point.
What I experienced is, that my breath stopped.
I couldn't feel myself breathing anymore.
That is because you are by then in deep alphastate and relaxed as if you are sleeping.

It can be, that it stopped because your throat-chakra was blocked. Indeed I had the same issues back then, but at my first Kundalini rising I just got through the blockade.
Once the Kundalini rises in full motion to the top it also clears your emotional and energetical body of negative influences. You are in your full capability and nothing can harm you in that state, because you are in your own strength. Negative energies can only harm you, when you are already weakened.

Some notes about the ear ringing... I have stated this elsewhere, but maybe some can relate here.

December 2013, around 4 months ago. I would say winter solstice. I started hearing something like 'background' noises. Well this is nothing new to me, I have some odd ears. I will explain...

During my birth, I was told my ear drums collapsed or something like that. Something along the lines that my ear drums had to be sewed back into place, they were messed up. I do remember several operations very early as a child for my ears. I remember that damn gas mask they used to put you out, on several occasions.

I am now 46 and remember those events, more like nightmares from my childhood. I remember hours in a hearing testing booth doing hearing tests. Now as an adult I have gotten used to my ears, I do not hear normally. I hear background noises over foreground.

For example while my wife is talking to me in the kitchen, I hear the wind chimes outside over her voice.

Now here it is April 2014 and for the last 4 months I am constantly listening to something in my head. I hear harmonic like tones all the time. They are getting louder and higher infrequency.

Listening to this, sends me into LaLa land. No sense of balance, no up or down.. no nothing. I know I am just in my 'lazy boy' chair doing a mild meditation while relaxing.

But you know... Imagine going through your day and listening to this rhythm. I am in that spot, have been for 4 months now. What is more odd, if I don't hear those tones/pitches, u know get busy with the world. I just think about them and they start up again. Like on command!

I will also note I do not hear these type frequencies from my ears. I would know the difference with ear problems. This is very different, not ears ringing, though I have that also. I hear it in my head and lately I am vibrating while meditating.

I feel like I am in another time zone, I can't explain it. There are changes happening to all of us. Some are the Earth's frequencies are on the rise. This will affect us.

I believe this is a part of our 'awakening'. It has a way to energize us and our thinking. I have had so many other things happen in the last 6 months that have never happened to me ever.

In the beginning it was more night time things. Now it's day and night I am affected. While I think about things now, the pitches lower or increase in my head. It is almost like I can raise the tone in me at will. The tones/pitches are now my constant companion.

For a better lack of words, I think I am listening to energy.

It is getting stronger, which is why I posted this. Others that feel these sorts of things need to look at this as something unusual.

I really do believe something beautiful is about to happen to all of us.

I just had another thought...

After being able to raise and lower the pitches left and right sides. And also hearing tones in the middle of my head, that are harder to control. Those are lower but steady and almost soft sounding. My head resonates from this.

I wonder if this is stimulating our pineal gland?

Are the ear noises stimulating our pineal gland? Are those little rods in our pineal gland buzzing up?

Or perhaps it is the reverse.

It is getting stimulated and our ears and heads are picking it up. You know like 'Hello World!'

It is our antennae to other dimensions.

In a nonchalance way... (with their usual nonchalance they arrived at the wedding ceremony half an hour late)

We are getting tuning forks used on us.
