Anonymous Coward (OP) User ID: 4651618 United States 04/17/2014 11:12 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Sounds like a waste of money and time akin to mining people's old cassette collections to discern their current musical tastes. Quoting: Fret Wiz I think they're too late. I'm just tired of my personal business constantly being eyeballed and the info sold. I can get rid of facebook but I can't uproot my mailbox. Homeowners need to be aware that even though they purchased and maintain the residential mailbox, the mailbox belongs to and is controlled by the USPS (United States Postal Service). That means that any tampering of the mailbox is a federal offense. [link to www.residential-mailboxes.net] |

I didn't mean to sound as if I was putting your OP down or calling BS, I just don't think this will be too effective. What really irks me is that the USPS has been bellyaching about revenue, raising postage rates, threatening to end Saturday delivery or close a percentage of their branches, yet they have the money to bulk up on small arms ammunition and develop covert surveillance programs. Same story at the IRS. Interesting read from your link, thx! |

Quoting: Solitas Steller I built a mailbox that looks like my cat for my mother for mothers day; painted and detailed it, took my two days worth of work. SOB ran it into the ground, and broke it. Cause they're all too fat to lean over to the box. They do that shit pn purpose |
