In WA state, if the guy LIVES with the mother, then she can tag him, and that's what cougars do, they offer to let some young guy "stay with them, until they get on their feet" ususally they are students and need a break, and that's what happens. Aside from the obvious race bait in the OP, this response is mostly right. Check your state's laws regarding paternal presumptions. Holding the kid out as your own, living with him in your house for a certain period of time, etc is going to be bad evidence for you. The child out of wedlock is good evidence for you in a state that has fault-based divorces. It might even get you out of some or all of the alimony. You should consult an attorney if the soon to be ex is likely to come after you for cash.

I know a lady who was given the shaft by a liberal judge.This lady's 16 year old daughter decided she wanted to stay with a family member in another state during her summer break from school. During the visit, which was only supposed to be a for a month, 16 year old and the family member fabricated a story of abuse/ and mistreatment- none of which was true- and the family member filed for custody of the 16 year old.Based on this story, the judge awarded the family member custody- esentially stripping the mother of her rights (everything was done ex parte- so the mother wasn't even there). To top things off she was ordered to pay $600 a month in child support for this 16 year old, until the 16 year old is 19. This award was based on what the mother used to earn, not on her present status as a stay at home, unemployed mother to a 1.5 year old. Esentially this liberal piece of shit judge is legally stealing a woman's child and forcing this poor woman to pay ransom. Fuck that.That judge needs to be shot.

I know someone who is paying child support for a child who is not his. He wasn't even married to the mother, just dating her at the time. He let his name be put on the birth certificate, not understanding the legal consequences.
