Hey I had the same thing happen to me a few months back and after a little internet search I found people who found relief by eating a few Tums. I tried it and it worked. The weird vibrating stopped about 25 minutes after eating Tums. It has something to do with a calcium deficiency.

Yes indeed, electrolytic imbalances can also be a very plausible factor in issues of neuropathy, not just calcium though, but a number of others too (potassium, sodium, etc).

A full blood profile and electrolyte test could be very helpful in troubleshooting the vibration symptoms.
