Two UFO's Spotted Over North Louisiana.

I was outside listening to a Med Helicopter land at the local hospital in Springhill ! I look up to the northwestern sky and spotted 2 Objects Dim there lights and slow down. Then they sped back up going South.Mile or so in the Sky.Not Normal aircraft.No Blinking Lights.
