I don't see the issue with the longboarders, they had protective gear on and they didn't blow any stop signs... the cop clearly swerved into there lane.

I don't know the posted limit, but it was a residential area, which is usually 25 mph. That video gave the appearance of a faster speed than that.

Check your local traffic code. Get back to us and post your local law that shows that you are correct. I would be surprised if your traffic code does not list skateboarders as pedestrians.
