There are many antichrists, but the main one

is a contemptible person who seizes the kingdom by intrigue

and then, later, he recovers from a normally-fatal head wound when the adversary enters into him. At which point he gets a lot smarter. I don't think we'll be able to identify him for sure, until that happens.
