I am in agreement. Interestingly, I am in a scenario where I am the 20-something busting my ass, and we have one later 30s guy who acts a lot like the 20-somethings you described.
Thought the irony was funny, so wanted to say hi.
I find it amazing just how far the laziness of some people will go. Always coming up with some excuse for why they get to be lazy...
