Its not ADD its lack of respect for everyone and themselves, its a lack of good parenting, and mostly its lack of morals and leadership.
When everyone you see is either openly Corrupt and lazy even your own Government, or everything you see is lies being told to you by the MsM, and the SHIT the networks put out as entertainment is so trashy what do you expect.
