twilight zone User ID: 45028303 United States 04/24/2014 02:31 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation	The Real I.D ACT I recently had discovered that my drivers license expired.When I went to renew it at the DMV they stated that the new law has passed that requires me to have my birth certificate to renew it. Ive never needed my birth certificate for my drivers license in the over 20 years Ive had one. They wont even issue me state I.D. They had a person blocking the front entrance at the DMV that wont let you in without your birth certificate or passport. I left and attempted find my birthcertificate I could only find a photocopy of it and the DMV wont accept it.I found out I needed to have a letter notorized in order to get a new birthcertificate and ordered from the department of state. My father was in the military and was a Vietnam vet and I was born overseas. I recently had my bank account closed due to my account in the negative 20.00.I went to open it and they wouldnt reopen my account because my I.D expired.Even though the same id copy is in their computer system. I attempted to get my Ietter notorized from the bank for my new birthcertificate so I can renew my license but they refused to do it with my license expired.I went to various notaries and no one will notorize my letter.Basically no Id no drivers license without a birth certificate no birth certificate without a drivers license. Beaurocracy B.S...Catch 22 and a well devised plan to F**** us..... I am unable to cash my paychecks at a bank to pay my bills, feed my children , pay my rent.Im no longer legal to drive, I can't get on a airplane, buy a six pack of beer (they card anyone who looks under a hundred) I feel like im not even a U.S. citizen. Im sure im not the only one going through this.I did some research and discovered the Real ID Act. The beginning on phase one has started on Jan 2014. If your State doesn't request your birthcertificate or Passport you will not be able to use that I.D to fly on a plane. Also the new I.D has a tracking device in it that will inform a machine at various places that you were there.So if you go into a store and pay cash but have your I.D in your pocket they will still beable to track you at the location. You wont beable to go into a Federal building without it or fly on a airplane.I think that is in the phases they are implementing. I am now starting to feel like I have nothing else I can do.Im as good as an illegal alien even though my father is a retired U.S vet I was born in a U.S. Military hospital and raised on a U.S. base.. Yet I have no rights as a U.S. citizen. If you think this doesn't effect you think again.I can now see how people might be brought to their knees and willing to accept anything they request when your life can come to a stop with something as small as a expired drivers license. This is just the beginning.

My original BC was a forgery due to illegal adoption and was lost in a box of papers that never showed up during my last move. It took three years nagging the county I was supposed to have been born in to get them to generate a new fake, by which time I had lost the job because I could not travel. I have a photographic memory, and it was fascinating to see the information that had "changed" or been omitted between the versions. There may be a legal advantage to NOT having a BC or to having an obviously faked one. I intend to use this if necessary.

Meaning DHS could eventually require it to be required for filling up your car with gas, purchasing a candy bar or soda or a gallon of milk or whatever, or posting a message on an internet forum or to even access the internet at all or to enter your home and car or any type of building. Imagine the tyranny the government could impose on us if it gets to that point. That's why we must resist and speak out against the Real ID act at all costs. Of course the government, corporations, mainstream media, and government worshipping idiots are all gonna be extremely vocal and screaming loudly about how we need this for our safety and to prevent terrorism and how if we have nothing to hide then we have nothing to fear. Which is why we must be even more vocal and scream even louder than them about that we don't need nor will we tolerate the Real ID act being forced on us for anything and we will not tolerate any terror attack whether staged or real to be used as an excuse to take freedom and privacy away from and infringe on the constitutional rights of law abiding citizens. Fuck the governments so called security! We don't need their so called security and it's not security at all. It's nothing more than tyranny being sold to the idiots as security! No more giving up freedom and privacy for so called bullshit security which isn't security at all! give me liberty or give me death! Noone ever said give me security or give me death! Those who would give up liberty for security deserve neither and lose both!!!
