That all sounds quite exciting, which is how you can be sure it's false. It's someone's attempt at escaping the very real reality of how we're all just going to trudge along until we die - just like every human that has ever lived before us. Exiting and earth-shattering apocalyptic stuff is not going to happen. People just want to believe that it will because it's such a huge rift in reality that it would break apart even the most mundane existence. I'm not making fun though. I totally understand. I wish the earth would descend into chaos too, it's much better than having to deal with my real life problems directly.
