Mitheriel User ID: 56585089 Canada 04/26/2014 03:50 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I never really thought about a favorite animal in that sense. Right away a question looms, because the friendliest ones are all domesticated, once removed from being wild. And, of the wild ones, most are not easily approached, ferocious and unpredictable, even in captivity, when accustomed to human contact. They look cute and cuddly, but are far from it, like a bear or wildcat. Most of which we are prohibited to keep, because of the threat of them being trapped wholesale into domestic situations where they will be unable to breed without professional help, and needing diverse diets not readily available. I just don't know I don't want to pick one like an elephant, because I have little real experience or knowledge of them. I'll just go with pure majestic awesomeness. I only ever owned my pony 'King' which I named at age 3, because I heard the Priest say that word in Church, and it sounded so impressive. So I choose a Horse, even though my experience is limited, they are the crème de la crème of all our animals which inhabit the Earth with us. Horse is the best. but as a familiar companion, Dog. followed by kitty cat. |

Majestic awesomeness is a great term, all of God's creations have that.....and I appreciate your thoughts I myself do not have just one favorite, there is just so much to love about all of them, though I have been madly in love with my cat of 17 years, she is beyond description in her ability to look in my eyes, I swear she is part human You will appreciate this most famous and beloved prophecy about a time when wild animals will be a peace with one another and with humans: "And the wolf will actually reside for a while with the male lamb, and with the kid the leopard itself will lie down, and the calf and the maned young lion and the well-fed animal all together; and a mere little boy will be leader over them. 7 And the cow and the bear themselves will feed; together their young ones will lie down. And even the lion will eat straw just like the bull. 8 And the sucking child will certainly play upon the hole of the cobra; and upon the light aperture of a poisonous snake will a weaned child actually put his own hand. 9 They will not do any harm or cause any ruin in all my holy mountain; because the earth will certainly be filled with the knowledge of Jehovah as the waters are covering the very sea."- Isaiah 11:6-9 Last Edited by CelestialMaiden on 04/26/2014 04:00 PM |
