Jets leave white trails, or contrails, in their wakes for the same reason you can sometimes see your breath. The hot, humid exhaust from jet engines mixes with the atmosphere, which at high altitude is of much lower vapor pressure and temperature than the exhaust gas. Wonder if those scientists and govt officials ever mention geo-engineeering projects to the many inquiries they receive? Have they ever suggested the possibility as explanation? If not, why not? Cloudseeding is no secret. These projects appear to be conducted by private corps which are contracted by govt depts. Things being so compartmentalised, perhaps people are contacting the wrong govt officials, not to mention asking the wrong questions.
