What are your thoughts on Probiotics?
I recently stumbled upon a video that reminded me how horrible sugar is for the human body. how almost all of the food we buy is loaded purposely with sugars to keep us addicted and eating more and more of the shit, and how sugar is the root cause of many illnesses and poor health.
I was thinking about starting my family on a regiment of probiotics to increase the growth of beneficial bacteria in our bodies and ultimately improving our overall health.
My wife and I are 28, our son is almost 2.
(in your opinion)
What are The Pros and cons?
What are some good products to try or stay away from? For adults and children.
Any natural foods that serve the same purpose? |

Try Garden of Life probiotics. Also try fermenting your own vegetables. One tablespoon of homemade sourkraut has billions upon billions of the necessary bacteria. |

Don't bother with any probiotic yogurt there is too little in them to make any real benefit. |
