New Madrid Zone about to Go West, For shocks in Oklahoma warn of Massive Earth quake

during the 1811 and 1812 New Madrid Earthquakes the damage reports and information about the quakes may have been more conclusive in the New Madrid zone due to the number of people living in the area.

There may have been a lead up to the New Madrid Mega Quakes in Oklahoma before them, but the Recording and scientific data was not established in the Oklahoma Region at the time.

slight drop off in OK after 2011 Mega Quake, If it follows this pattern after another Mega Quake then there is a relationship between the Ring of Fire and Oklahoma region stress.

I would tend to agree with OP that something is going on.

Google the North American Craton. This area has remained very stable for approx. 600 million years.

If you look at OK and where a majority if not all of the EQ's have been happening, they are located right at the edge of the Craton.

I think something is about to give. IMO

mark me also in agreement with OP; I would expect lava flow to now include Oklahoma. Wasn't that state part of the original event?

I know the argument. I would normally agree. However, the sheer number of EQ's is just too much for fracking. unless they have loosened something up. Which is a possibility.

This is the question I posed in another thread. We have reports of earthquakes from hundreds of years ago - there has to be SOME data on the growth of fracking operations in the area. Then a scientific correlation can be drawn.

get some sand and some ziploc baggies full of water

put the baggies in an aquarium pour sand on top make some layers

now put in a tube and suck water out of the baggies and watch what happens to the sand

USGS made an announcment about this 2 weeks ago. Warning of a large potential earthqauke in the area due to the recent uptick in activity. Extinction protocol put up the whole article about it.

BP Earthwatch has been talking about the border region of the Craton for mnths and has been putting up charts and graphs and plotting Erathquakes in the area as well.

Define mega quake. Oklahoma might get a big one for the area but Im not sure the fault lines there are big enough to do anything "mega" like the new madrid is capable of. I lean towards Oklahoma fault lines trying to release pressure off the new madrid. Maybe those assholes know and they are fracking trying to help the process. And make a few bucks on the side of course. Never let a catastrophe go to waste and all that. That is why the fracking dangers are being ignored?
They think they are preventing a greater evil by trying to postpone the new madrid.

Oh, there is also a theory a big one in a neighboring state or area to the new madrid (like Oklahoma) would actually cause the new madrid to blow. Creating a weak spot in that big deep fault line where a quake from the new madrid could epicenter.

I think we have to consider a scenario where either the new madrid goes or yellow stone does. Something big has to give somewhere. There's always California as well. There is too much...something, going on underground in north America right now for us not to have some kind event on the horizon. The magnitude of it is anybodys guess.

I think TPTB have said those earthquakes in Ok. are from fracking.
