Few are the men who don't want to look good but for personal trainer Matt Dunford, preening has become a full time job that costs up to £10,000 a year.

In total, Dunford, who describes himself as 'Britain's vainest man' and began his grooming regime aged 19, has spent £100,000 on looking good.

But it seems his hard work has paid off: He says he has never been turned down by a woman and has to fend off hordes of potential dates every time he goes out.
